Hmm. Not sure how to get Volume and Issue to work as article categories…. If I split them up, and create a couple of volumes and issues, the list in the editor becomes useless (Issue 1, Issue 1, Issue 1, …).

I am concerned that I need to generate a Table of Contents for each issue. Here, I miss the Order field that Pages has.
